From controlled farming in our home region with the producer regions of Hersbrucker Schweiz, Spalt and the Hallertau.

Malt:

From Franconia and the Upper Palatinate, always from controlled farming.

Water:

Pure, natural springs from the rocky depths of our home region.

 

Best care and attention is also applied during the production.

Each type of our beers is made by skilled brewers and maltsters in traditional craftsmanship

Our high class premium beers are filled in thoroughly cleaned and sterilized stainless steel kegs and following made ready for shipment.

Our storages and our drafting equipment are cleaned and inspected continuously so that we are able to always serve a cultivated beer to our guests.

At its destination our beers are stored in for food certified cold storage houses until it is drawn at the Goldener Stern.

Following the kegs are shipped in reevers to the Goldener Stern Beergardens worldwide with the most modern container ships.

Kühlhaus

The ideal drinking temperature of our beers is around 6 degrees centigrade.

The glass ist to be clean and free of detergent residues to grant a correct froth.

The concentration of carbon dioxide has to be set correctly to maintain a pleasant taste and to avoid a "hard" drinking experience.

We always aim to communicate these basic principles of franconian beer culture to our guests.

At best you enjoy a franconian beer in a jolly round together with friends.
